Coverage and Conditions:

This Limited Product Warranty is applicable to products purchased through Kontinum Authorized resellers or dealers.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that arise during normal usage of the product.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage beyond the reasonable control of Kontinum Limited, including but not limited to damage caused by abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modification performed by anyone other than Kontinum Limited.
The Product Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Set Volume Carefully: Set the volume level of the audio device to a minimum, then gradually increase it as you listen attentively. Sudden exposure to loud noise could cause hearing damage.
Secure Fit: Ensure a secure installation of the in-ear monitors to prevent accidental detachment of eartips, which may lead to injury.
Stay Aware: Avoid using the product while engaged in activities such as driving, cycling, walking, jogging, or in areas with traffic. Distraction could lead to accidents.

IEM Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your IEMs, it's essential to practice proper care and maintenance, especially in dealing with wax buildup and moisture.

Cleaning the IEMs:

Start by wiping down the exterior of the IEMs with a soft towel or microfiber rag dampened with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. This will effectively remove wax, dirt, and moisture from the shell while helping to prevent corrosion.
Periodically, remove the cable and clean the sockets where it connects. Sweat can lead to corrosion in this area if left unattended. Use the same method of a soft towel and rubbing alcohol to maintain the sockets' condition.

Moisture Management:

If you use your IEMs in situations where moisture or sweat is prevalent, avoid placing them directly back into the case. Instead, allow them to air out and dry for a brief period.
When storing your IEMs, consider adding a small dehumidifier or a silica packet to the case. This will assist in drawing moisture away from the drivers and out of the case, preserving their condition.
